PAYMENTS
Payments will be fully upfront unless requested otherwise. If you want to pay in a different way (half & half, more installments, etc), please let me know when you are submitting a request.
REVISIONS
I will revise any mistake I have made to the rig if there are any issues. Asking for extra toggles/expressions or animations not included in the original request will require an extra fee. If I have already delivered the model and you request I add something (example: new toggle), you will not get priority. You will instead be added to my waitlist and will have to wait until I get to your spot in line again. So please, request additions while I work on your model.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
We will discuss the deadline you need. Most models will be done within a month. If delivery is substantially late (over 3 months) due to personal issues, I will notify you and allow you to request a refund.
USE
You are allowed to use the rigging wherever you want (as long as the artist allows it).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You are not allowed to edit the rig. I am allowed to use it for examples. If your character is not revealed yet, I will wait to show the rigging showcase until your debut if you have paid for a NDA.
REFUNDS
If I have not started the commission when the refund is asked for, you will receive a full refund. However, if I have began the commission, refund will not be allowed unless I have issues delivering your art.
COMMUNICATION
Communication will be done on Twitter or Discord. I will not tolerate aggressive messages.
